3rd Trimester

The third trimester can be challenging both emotionally and physically. It is also the final stretch to be ready for your baby’s arrival and especially giving birth. We help you navigate this phase, and feel prepared efficiently and confidently.

Bodily changes AND how to keep feeling good during your pregnancy

  • Emotional ups and down and physical ups and down are common during the third trimester, as it is a demanding period
  • Your body will change even more, due to the baby’s active intrauterine growth during this period, your belly will increase significantly
  • Your nighttime sleep might be interrupted. You will feel the urge to urinate, finding a comfortable position, etc
  • It is essential to continue drinking enough water, some women find help with extra pillows and a very dark room, if your night sleep are interrupted, try to get enough rest whenever you can
  • Light exercises and stretching are also helping to go through this trimester comfortably.
  • You may notice these bulging veins (including hemorrhoids) in your lower body due to all of the extra blood you’re pumping. Don’t worry, they disappear after you deliver.
